Well, they say that King Midas had the power that he could anything & everything he touched into gold and in modern times the same powers are with the one, the only my Prabhu Shri Amitabh Bachchan Ji. He can turn a pile of heap to something which is extremely precious and that is exactly what happened with me yesterday due to Prabhu giving time to meet us & our friends from Delhi EF planning it out in quick time.
I still remember the moment when I got the information that Prabhu is in Delhi & may have the time to meet people from Delhi EF. I felt honored, privileged & out of this world that I was about to meet my idol, the person I have always loved as a kid & have always believed that he is GOD. At first, it sounded like a dream, but this was just the start to the dream journey, as few moments later I got another piece of information that Prabhu is available to talk & meet Delhi EF today, so if possible, come. I thought in my mind 'If Possible', well this is probably the least word, you would expect to think or say, when you get the option & the opportunity to meet Prabhu Everything else comes second, what matters the most is the fact that you are being bestowed with the moment to meet the person you have always loved & have been inspired by him.
Now comes the tricky part of how to make a move out. Well, it was plain & simple,I just told my boss,'I have something urgent to attend to, so I need to leave on a half day.' I felt if he doesn't approve then I would say, sir please accept my resignation or just walk away during lunch, but I was happily surprised when he accepted my request and said,'Just drop me an email and then you may leave for the day.' I was stunned & on the floor. This happened faster than expected & here I was leaving on this INCREDIBLE JOURNEY!
Next up was the situation, where-in, I rushed back home & got rid of my bag as I wanted to keep just the important things. I took hold of Shri Harivansh Rai Bachchan Ji's 'Madhushala' and left for this BIG MOMENT. Although we were unsure if this would happen as we apparently ended up being late. We, which includes Neeraj Sharma Ji, Rubina Ji, Nidhi Gaur Ji & her son and yours truly walked into the hotel reception and spoke to the hotel staff. Unsure of what would transpire, we were taken to the floor where Sir was staying. It was a Suite. The ambiance was awesome as it had a red carpet & what great moment it would be to see Sir meet us or walk with us on that red carpet.
While we all were nervous, with our throats feeling thirsty, our bodies shivering and unsure state taking over us, we were hoping that it all ends up well. Finally, we came to know that the MEET WILL HAPPEN. We were in a state of awe & speechlessness. Hoping that we would be taken inside to his room, we started waiting, but a SURPRISE awaited us. We saw SIR coming from his room towards us. All of us were absolutely awe stricken as we heard his voice and that beautiful smile. It's PRICELESS.
In a state of shivering & awe, Neeraj Ji & I touched Sir's feet while the girls went for the hug. Well, this hug was the best one, the priceless one. Rubina presented the Bouquet to SIR from DELHI EF & it felt amazing as he started talking to us. We were actually speechless. SIR, made us RELAX and started SIGNING autographs for us & clicking pictures. I can still feel my legs SHIVERING while he touched me and placed his HAND on my head when I touched his feet. Well, no words can describe that feel. Nothing can describe the shake when he AUTOGRAPHED MADHUSHALA.
It was such a great MOMENT & DAY for all of us! Indebted to Neeraj,Rubina & Nidhi Ji for making it so SPECIAL for me. No words can describe what SIR did & how he made it special for us.
